I order a calling
card?
A.You can order a calling card either online or by calling our Customer
Service toll free number at 1(888)888-0568. We are offer 3 different
cards: $20, $50 or $100. Click on the picture above the chosen amount and
fill out the order form. Within ½ hr (during business hrs) a HelloBulgaria
representative will call you to verify the order and give you your PIN.
Q.What is a
PIN?
A.A PIN (Personal Identification Number) is a unique number, which
identifies you in our system. You
need to know it when you recharge your card on-line or over the telephone.
Q.Can
I use a
HelloBulgaria calling
card
to make US calls?
A.Certainly. The rate is the same whether you are calling in-state or out of
state long distance. (24 hrs a day, 7 days a week).

are the benefits of The HelloBulgaria calling card?

Q.Are
there any connection fees, taxes or other charges?
A.There are no fees when dialing from a home
, an office or a cell
phone. A 49c fee will apply for calls made from a pay phone or other public
phones. Payphone owners charge us to use their phones, as
required by the FCC so you will be charged 49 cents per each dial.
Q.How can I get the best rate?
A.The $100 cards offer the best rates (you get a $10 bonus). If you have
a free long distance and
free minutes (depending
on your plan) on your cellular phone you can dial a local access number instead
of our 800 number and get the lowest rate

A.Click on "Forgot
your Password?”, enter your PIN and click NEXT.
Your password will be emailed to you right away. Make sure your original
email is correct in our files. You can also call 1(888)888-0568 and after
verifying your personal information our customer service representative
would be able to give you the password.
Q.Am
I going to be charged anything on my regular phone bill?
A.The long distance calls you are making have nothing to do with the long
distance service that you currently have at home or work so nothing will
appear on your home/business phone bill.
Use a local access number only
from your cell phone (only if you have a free long
distance option and whenever you have free minutes)

Q.How can I recharge my account?
A.Visit www.hellobulgaria.com and
enter your PIN and password. You will enter your Personal Profile window ,
where you select the Recharge Card option.
Q.What is a Speed dial?
A.Speed dial saves you time. It allows
you to dial a telephone number using a two-digit code (For example *01).
You can program the most frequently called numbers and reduce the number
of digits dialed when completing a call. You can program up to 99 numbers.
Q.How can I check my balance?
A.Every time you dial a local access
number or our 888 number you will hear
the balance on your telephone card immediately after dialing your PIN. You can also go online and check your
balance in the Account information section.
Q.What is the difference between Recharge and
Autorecharge?
A.Recharge means that you would like to add more minutes to your calling
card. Autorecharge means that your credit card is charged automatically when your balance falls
below a certain, chosen by you amount.
Q.What
are the local access numbers?
A.The local
access numbers have the following area codes
(718),
(212), (646), (631), (516),
(347), (845), (914). If there is no local access number for the area where
you are calling from or you don't have free long distance on your cell
phone, you can always use our 888 837-9211 access number.
